As a Residential Project Manager / Solar Consultant you will be responsible for our front line sales with homeowners. Our outside marketing team will be setting up for you pre-screened confirmed appointments. You will provide energy solutions that Save Energy, Save the Environment, and Save Money. A major part of each consultation will be to gather data and provide compelling presentations that result in signed contracts. This job is meant for experienced sales representatives that know the secrets to closing the sale.
In this role, you must have a great attitude and drive to succeed in sales. You must be highly flexible, entrepreneurial and able to embrace modifications in business needs in a challenging environment. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about what we do – selling solar energy and saving people money. Qualified candidates are innovative and strategic business development professionals who are honest and able to earn trust and build confidence with customers. You must be highly determined, proactive, motivated, hardworking and able to communicate the big picture in an inspiring way.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred … or equivalent combination of training and experience
