Residential Data Monitoring: 

High-performance data management system for home solar electric system operations collects data from up to 5 Power-One inverters, logs it on site, and then acts as an internet gateway to send the data in near real time to be stored on Power-One’s servers where it is accessible via a web browser.

 

The desktop product allows inverter owners to monitor performance from anywhere within 300 meters of the units. Unlike conventional monitoring systems, which only monitor the inverter, GPS monitoring solutions continuously monitoring the health and performance of every solar module and micro inverter in the array.

Web-based analytics will identify and alert owners to any deviation in performance, allowing for quick and hassle-free maintenance.

Environmental system automatically monitors site meteorological conditions and photovoltaic panel temperature in real-time, transmitting sensor measurements to the Vision data center. Site irradiance and temperature data are needed to calculate expected performance and the ratio of actual performance to expected performance.
Network provides accessories and network building blocks required to design a monitoring system for geographically distributed solar electric panels spread over large distances.
Combiner for Grounded Arrays enables DC current monitoring at the string level to help localize problems and minimize down time. These combiners have input fusing only one set of conductors, either positive or negative.
